Course Levels and What Students Learn
Joshua Aaron Kaltved Adult Night School offers one connected educational process in 4-week, 8-week, and 12-week tracks. The levels do not teach different programs. They build on the same foundation.
The first 4 weeks teach the full foundation and complete status-ascension education process.
The next 4 weeks continue into court, arbitration, administrative process, entities, jurisdiction, proof, and remedies.
The final 4 weeks continue into appeal preparation, record preservation, higher review, case law, Restatement principles, and final student binder completion.
Each course is designed as private adult education only and remains under 40 contact hours and under $1,000 per course.
